Referral Scheme Promotion

1.1                By participating in this Referral Scheme Promotion, you agree to these Referral Scheme Terms.

1.2                In order to be eligible for this Referral Scheme Promotion, you must:

1.2.1           be either a Referring Customer or a Referred Customer; and

1.2.2           adhere to these Referral Scheme Terms and the TalkTalk Customer Terms and Conditions.

1.3                If you do not adhere to these Referral Scheme Terms, you will not be eligible for this Referral Scheme Promotion and you will not receive any Reward.

Referring Customers

1.4                If you are a Referring Customer, we will send you a Referral URL which you may send to your friends and family in accordance with these Referral Scheme Terms and any instructions we give to you from time to time. You will qualify to receive a Reward if all of the following conditions are met:

1.4.1           you have complied fully with all of the terms contained in these Referral Scheme Terms and the TalkTalk Customer Terms and Conditions;

1.4.2           you successfully refer a Referred Customer to purchase a Referral Offer Product;

1.4.3           the Referred Customer purchases the Referral Offer Product using the Referral URL;

1.4.4           the Referred Customer correctly completes all of the fields in the Referral URL and enters your full name as spelt on your TalkTalk account in the correct field on the Referral URL;

1.4.5           the Referred Customer has a live Connection for at least 32 days;

1.4.6           the Referred Customer has paid their first TalkTalk bill for such Referral Offer Product in full and on time;

1.4.7           the Referred Customer has not already been referred by another Referring Customer; and

1.4.8           the Referred Customer has a Connection before the Offer End Date.

Referred Customers

1.5                If you are a Referred Customer, you will qualify to receive a Reward if all of the following conditions are met:

1.5.1           you have complied fully with all of the terms contained in these Referral Scheme Terms and the TalkTalk Customer Terms and Conditions;

1.5.2         you correctly completed all of the fields in the Referral URL that you used to purchase the Referral Offer Product, including the correct spelling of the Referring Customer’s full name as it is spelt on their TalkTalk account;

1.5.3           you have a live Connection for at least 32 days;

1.5.4           you have paid your first TalkTalk bill for your Referral Offer Product and any other products you have with TalkTalk in full and on time; and

1.5.5           you have a Connection before the Offer End Date.

Rewards

1.6                If you qualify to receive a Reward in accordance with these Referral Scheme Terms, you will receive an email containing the Reward within 31 days of qualifying for such Reward. This email will be sent to the primary email address that TalkTalk has on its system for your customer account (“Email Address”). By participating in this Referral Scheme Promotion, you agree to us contacting you in this way.

1.7                If your Email Address is incorrect or does not receive the Reward for any reason other than TalkTalk not sending it to such Email Address (including if your Email Address has spam filters or any other type of filtering or restrictions) then you will forfeit your Reward and you will not be sent any other replacement Reward or otherwise.

1.8                The Reward may have certain rules, terms and restrictions for its use, including use by dates or otherwise. You agree to adhere to all such rules, terms and restrictions.

Other Terms

1.9                The Referral Scheme Promotion can be amended or withdrawn by TalkTalk at any time and without notice.

1.10            These Referral Scheme Terms can be amended by TalkTalk at any time. You will be notified if TalkTalk amends these Referral Scheme Terms.

1.11            These Referral Scheme Terms are between us and you only and no other third party can enforce these Referral Scheme Terms.

1.12            Other than things that cannot be excluded by law, we’re only liable to you for losses that could reasonably be expected to occur when we entered into these Referral Scheme Terms and the total liability shall be limited to the value of the Reward.

1.13            These Referral Scheme Terms are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes relating to these Referral Scheme Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
